Responsibilities

  • Interface with customer architecture teams and CTOs.
  • Understand customer IT strategies and roadmaps and align Wipro viewpoints.
  • Support multiple accounts during opportunity qualification and sales and delivery activities.
  • Prepare technical solutions for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Present technical solutions to prospective customers and partners using utility-industry trends and standards.
  • Develop, specify, test, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Lead architecture and product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate utility-industry product concepts including SAP, Oracle, and GIS.
  • Provide technical and product direction to account teams and assist with customer satisfaction.
  • Travel worldwide to customer sites.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in enterprise architecting.
  • Strong experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures, including APIs, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.
  • Proven cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and hands-on exposure to networking, security, compute, and data building blocks.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes-based container platforms, service mesh concepts, and container security.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, environment automation, and release strategies.
  • Solid understanding of observability using metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Experience communicating architecture and technical solutions to customers, partners, and account teams.
