Base Salary
$137k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure to transition GenAI ideas from prototype to production.
- Work on production GenAI platform surfaces including LLM Gateway and model serving.
- Design scalable systems for AI agents and evaluation workflows.
- Assist product teams in selecting models and vendor strategies.
- Develop platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, product engineers, and data scientists to create durable platform primitives.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
- Experience building production services, APIs, or ML infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows such as inference and model serving.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas.
