Base Salary
$112k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partner integrations.
- Contribute backend code to the integration framework.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, User Experience, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
- Improve development processes and champion practices such as TDD and code reviews.
- Provide developer support for customer issues.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery velocity, code quality, and reduce toil.
- Help define team practices for responsible AI-assisted development, including prompt patterns, review expectations, and documentation.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tooling to improve developer experience and integration reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of development experience with JavaScript and either C# or Java.
- Experience querying and modifying data in relational databases.
- Experience consuming SOAP and RESTful web service APIs.
- Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Preferred experience debugging high-priority production issues.
- Preferred experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred Node.js development experience.
- Preferred development experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Preferred experience using AI-assisted tooling to triage issues, analyze logs, and propose remediation steps.
- Preferred experience contributing to team guidelines or enablement for safe and effective AI use in engineering workflows.
- Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
