Responsibilities
- Build software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
- Develop and test multi-agent autonomous systems for deployment in real-world environments.
- Develop features and algorithms informed by motion planning, modeling and simulation, and behavior trees.
- Support software and hardware for flight systems and safety-critical functionality.
- Work with distributed communication networks and message standards.
- Navigate complex systems and established codebases while collaborating with perception, motion planning, hardware, and test engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with a variety of programming languages.
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or physics.
- Experience building software involving significant data processing and analysis.
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established codebases.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience includes physics, mathematics, motion planning, autonomous systems, modeling and simulation, flight systems, distributed communications, and military systems.
