Responsibilities
- Build automation pipelines that create Lattice stacks and deploy software updates from cloud environments to air-gapped edge nodes.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities for running web applications while supporting advanced hardware control for power users.
- Collaborate with service teams and business lines to build applications that operate across Lattice deployment environments.
- Automate complex migration operations and reduce manual operational work.
- Design and implement platform and infrastructure tooling that enables software engineers to scale their output.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience working with programming languages such as Rust, Go, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with customers to deliver novel software capabilities.
- Experience or interest in integrating model, software, and hardware-in-the-loop components across simulation, data management, compute infrastructure, and networking technologies.
- Strong interest in building platform and infrastructure tooling for autonomous systems.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitOps tools, and software infrastructure fundamentals.
- Preferred experience building scalable backend software systems with varied data storage and processing requirements.
- Preferred experience implementing robot or autonomous vehicle testing frameworks in software-in-the-loop or hardware-in-the-loop environments.
- Preferred experience with Crossplane, Terraform, monitoring, logging, data management, distributed systems, networking, and complex software design.
