Base Salary
$90k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design software architectures and scalable distributed solutions, including component designs, trade-off analysis, disaster recovery, telemetry, and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, assess gaps and risks, create user stories, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and configure application components using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, development standards, and tools.
- Build automation scripts and CI/CD processes for repetitive tasks, testing, and other development workflows.
- Implement telemetry, security policies, high availability, scalability, maintainability, and resilience requirements.
- Develop and optimize React Native applications for iOS and Android, including performance, memory usage, rendering, and network requests.
- Prepare and execute test cases, conduct multiple types of testing, analyze root causes and defects, and perform regression testing.
- Troubleshoot application performance and availability bottlenecks and ensure project work aligns with approved milestones and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or related experience.
- Experience with React Native components, APIs, lifecycle methods, and application performance optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript ES6+, asynchronous and functional programming, Node.js, event-driven architecture, and error handling.
- Experience developing for iOS and Android platforms, including development environments, SDKs, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Redux, RESTful API integration, React Native Debugger, Jest, Git, application security, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, input validation, data encryption, and resilience for Node.js applications.
