Base Salary
$129k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the work of small engineering groups of approximately two to four engineers, including offshore associates, by providing technical direction, documentation, examples, and solution reviews.
- Design and implement mobile applications using React Native and single-page applications using React.
- Write and develop code in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, using Redux for state management.
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis for business and production issues.
- Lead discovery and technical delivery for medium to large projects, including requirements analysis, technical solution design, stakeholder communication, and project-team leadership.
- Support business users by addressing technical questions, implementation strategies, and issue resolution.
- Configure logging and performance monitoring and set up linting, Flow, and Storybook to support compilation, debugging, and diagnosis.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus two years of software engineering or related experience; or bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of these fields plus five years of such experience.
- Experience designing and implementing mobile applications with React Native.
- Experience developing single-page applications with React.
- Experience coding in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Jest and Enzyme for unit testing and Redux for state management.
- Experience with application continuous integration and continuous deployment, API consumption and testing against mocks, logging, performance monitoring, linting, Flow, and Storybook.
