Responsibilities
- Lead teams and drive customer projects toward successful outcomes.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
- Lead AI-enhanced development processes and guide clients in AI adoption.
- Deliver software solutions in collaboration with clients and agile teams.
- Improve AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coach colleagues, share knowledge, and act as a technical sparring partner.
- Contribute technical knowledge and continuous-improvement ideas to SQUER.
Requirements
- Completed a relevant university program.
- Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks including .NET Core and Express.
- Proficiency in one or more .NET programming languages, including C# or F#.
- JavaScript and TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Active use of AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, teamwork, coaching, and knowledge-sharing skills.
