Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, including Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
- Automate business processes and workflows and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Gather functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and usable according to agreed service levels.
- Provide technical support and training to users, including professional developers and citizen developers.
- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Use connectors to connect disparate systems and recommend APIs for applications without native connectors.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform and Microsoft 365 for process improvement.
- Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle and support evaluation and implementation of company systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise automation or low-code/no-code platform development.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Common Data Service, data connectors, and APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with backlog management and JIRA, with the ability to translate between business and technical perspectives.
- Familiarity with DevOps ways of working, value-driven prioritization, execution practices, and software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide teams, provide and receive direct feedback, and support continuous improvement.
- Interest in automation technologies and applying technology to improve business productivity and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
