Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and enhance reliable, scalable, secure infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Support migration from legacy infrastructure to hybrid cloud and integration with TransUnion’s group-wide cloud platform.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes with development teams.
- Operate and improve Docker and Kubernetes-based production environments.
- Maintain security posture and compliance with SOC-2, ISO 27001, and related industry frameworks.
- Diagnose infrastructure outages and incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues promptly.
- Create infrastructure documentation and promote DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of DevOps experience operating high-availability systems on AWS in hybrid-cloud environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with container orchestration, performance tuning, Docker, and Kubernetes in cloud production environments.
- Experience with cloud and automation engineering in mission-critical environments.
- Strong experience across CI/CD stacks that deploy to infrastructure such as Kubernetes.
- Experience troubleshooting complex cloud environments with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, secrets management, and AWS.
- Ability to write code or scripts in Python, Java, or another modern programming language.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana is desirable.
