Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM modules, model-driven apps, and canvas apps.
Perform manual testing of CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and external-system data consistency.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Conduct API, regression, functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Use Postman or similar tools for API testing and Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
Collaborate with developers and DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployment validations, and quality assurance practices.
Analyze test results, provide actionable feedback, and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA best practices.

5-7 years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Strong experience with both manual and automated testing, including API testing.
Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing, including workflows, plugins, integrations, model-driven apps, and canvas apps.
Preferred experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools.
Exposure to Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques, CRM data models, business processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment coordination.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, ownership, and task-management skills.
