Responsibilities
- Design interfaces and generalized functionality for complex Digital Twin requirements.
- Develop and extend cross-application workflows that maintain data integrity for planning and live applications.
- Model and improve solutions for electrical-grid calculation and domain-specific functionality.
- Contribute to the architecture of code, data models, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth interaction between system components.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and squad ownership of product functionality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in web application development focused on backend components, data modeling, and infrastructure.
- Experience architecting data models and designing queries for relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and Digital Twins.
- Extensive Python experience, ideally with task orchestration and parallelization using multiprocessing tools such as Celery.
- Experience with graph data, graph databases, or graph tooling such as NetworkX.
- Business-fluent English at C1 level.
- Interest in complex technical challenges, high-quality solutions, teamwork, and current software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with distributed computing, graph theory, or geoinformatics is optional.
