Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test integrations using SAP Cloud Integration within SAP BTP.
- Integrate the Azure-based solution with SAP S/4HANA supplier invoice APIs.
- Define interfaces, data mappings, and integration flows with the Azure development team.
- Implement authentication, validation, error handling, monitoring, retry mechanisms, duplicate prevention, and transaction consistency.
- Support auditability and approval checkpoints for automated financial actions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support end-to-end testing.
- Document interfaces, configurations, dependencies, and recovery procedures.
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience with SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA supplier invoice APIs.
- Experience integrating SAP with external applications or cloud platforms.
- Practical experience with API-based integrations, including OData and REST.
- Understanding of SAP FI invoice processing and financial posting workflows.
- Experience handling integration failures, retries, duplicate prevention, and transaction consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an Azure development team.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP CIM and/or SAP Ariba is preferred.
- Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft Azure services is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven invoice processing or financial automation is preferred.
