Responsibilities
- Participate in the full application development lifecycle, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Design and develop Java and Spring Boot applications, resilient microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Develop user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Analyze complex application, business, and system-process issues and provide evaluations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Operate independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Mentor and coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess and manage risk while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Spring Data, JPA, MongoDB, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, API management, API gateways, service discovery, and containerization.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB document modeling, and the MongoDB aggregation framework.
- Experience developing interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Experience with unit testing using JUnit or Mockito and integration testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, technical, independent-working, mentoring, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
