Responsibilities
- Code emails and provide high-quality messages optimized for various languages and cultures.
- Coordinate with teams to fulfill campaign strategic plans, including timelines and A/B tests.
- Develop expertise in Wikimedia email and digital fundraising procedures.
- Guide the Campaigns team on optimal coding practices for the Email Service Provider.
- Ensure emails are error-free through comprehensive quality assurance.
- Assist with tracking management and project development.
- Segment audiences for targeted email campaigns.
- Clean up code in templates and maintain archives.
- Support web development of banners on Wikipedia as needed.
- Document processes and summaries for future reference.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience coding HTML emails.
- Solid proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with dynamic content and email personalization.
- Project coordination experience in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
