Responsibilities
- Design and execute software projects crucial to Abnormal’s success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior team members.
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and Product Managers to address customer issues.
- Share knowledge and engage in professional development activities.
- Contribute to the team's work within the first two weeks.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Expertise in Python and/or Go.
- Intermediate knowledge of React, Redux, and JS/Typescript.
- Experience building features from scratch and balancing development with operational tasks.
- Proficient in asynchronous communication and working with distributed teams.
- Growth-driven mindset with a desire for increased impact and responsibility.
- Ability to leverage AI Developer tools in daily workflow.
