Base Salary
$148k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality features for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups.
- Work with AI as a first-class collaborator to create specs, generate code and tests, and perform reviews.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the Circle Expansion team.
- Build across the full stack to deliver polished, performant, and reliable experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building high-quality, consumer-scale software products.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android).
- Deep experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
- A track record of using AI tooling to enhance productivity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A genuine excitement for defining AI-Native practices.
- Empathy for users, particularly aging parents and families.
