Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.
- Lead functional and technical stakeholder workshops to gather asset lifecycle requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical design documents, user stories, workflows, and development tasks.
- Configure HAM features including Asset Models, Stockrooms, Procurement, Receiving, Asset Lifecycle workflows, and HAM Pro.
- Implement asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment best practices.
- Configure SAM features including License Models, Entitlements, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Software Lifecycle workflows.
- Implement SAM Pro Publisher Packs, reclamation rules, normalization, and compliance calculations.
