Responsibilities
- Apply Agentic AI and Generative AI to embedded systems, cyber-physical products, and software-intensive platforms.
- Design and develop distributed agentic systems, multi-agent architectures, and intelligent orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models, Generative AI, and reasoning systems into software development, testing, and DevOps processes.
- Build autonomous capabilities for requirements analysis, software design, code generation, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, domain experts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to industrialize solutions.
- Create reusable accelerators, enterprise platforms, and assets for adoption by global clients.
- Contribute to innovation, applied research, and pre-sales initiatives related to AI-native engineering.
Requirements
- Senior experience developing complex software, embedded systems, or technologically advanced products.
- Experience with Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with distributed software architectures, concurrent systems, and scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of software engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices.
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI-native architectures.
- Understanding of Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, and autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, vector databases, knowledge graphs, AI governance, security, and Responsible AI.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership in innovative environments.
