Base Salary
$149k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly available 911 Infrastructure as part of the real-time communication team.
- Configure and troubleshoot Carbyne’s Novel Emergency Communication Platform.
- Provide clients with customized communication solutions for unified communications services.
- Install, maintain, integrate, and contribute to PBX projects and UC solutions.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and solution documents.
- Onboard new customers in alignment with their requirements and solution specifications.
- Provide technical support and training for the Operations team on emergency communications systems.
- Gain a strong understanding of unified communications architecture, networking, and cloud computing.
- Interact with internal stakeholders including Operations, R&D, Sales, and Product Managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience with VoIP architecture and hands-on installation of open-source UC solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of VoIP deployments and protocols like SIP, SDP, RTP, and Web RTC.
- 3+ years of experience in deploying open-source VoIP solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in networking with a deep understanding of the OSI model.
- Good understanding of Linux environments, including bash scripting.
- Hands-on experience with deployment on Private and Public cloud environments like AWS.
