Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of managed Kubernetes infrastructure for enterprise deployments.
- Own systems for provisioning and managing cloud accounts across multiple providers.
- Architect and maintain secure access management platforms for operations teams.
- Design and implement networking layers for customer environments using cloud-native patterns.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle systems to modernize legacy deployments.
- Define architectural patterns and engineering standards for multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor mid-level engineers to enhance their cross-cloud expertise.
- Drive alignment on major technical decisions across engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP, with production-grade deployment experience.
- Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions independently.
- Experience designing multi-tenant, multi-cloud infrastructure with a strong security posture.
- Proven track record of defining engineering standards and patterns.
- Strong background in identity federation and access management.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and modern platform engineering practices.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across teams.
