Responsibilities
- Design and implement data integration systems for the Aeolus analytics platform.
- Develop AI-powered data analysis features, including natural-language querying and automated insights generation.
- Build LLM agents for data exploration, query formulation, and report generation.
- Integrate LLMs to support conversational analytics and intelligent data insights.
- Design layered and componentized application systems, including business functionality and database access.
- Design, code, test, estimate, and roll out scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant software changes.
- Collaborate with engineering, management, product management, QA, and operations teams.
- Research and develop computer and network software, improve existing capabilities, and support software validation.
- Work with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and define specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with object-oriented design methodology and strong Java software development.
- At least 2 years of experience in requirements analysis, design, coding, and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
- Preferred experience integrating AI/ML into data analytics platforms.
- Preferred hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs with data visualization and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns and experience with fine-tuning or deploying open-source LLMs are preferred.
- Preferred experience with large-scale data-driven systems, distributed systems, and OLAP databases.
- Strong communication skills for working with global teams are preferred.
