Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across critical business systems.
- Monitor applications and perform system performance tuning.
- Participate in incident management and apply troubleshooting methodologies.
- Contribute to support-process improvements and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
