Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and optimize Salesforce data models, workflows, and business processes.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and follow development and deployment best practices.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Maintain technical, process, and configuration documentation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Salesforce Developer certification, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices is preferred.
- Understanding of integration patterns and tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica is preferred.
