Responsibilities
- Ensure AVEVA PI System availability and monitor system health.
- Develop, deploy, enhance, and support PI System solutions according to client requirements.
- Perform complex coding and development tasks.
- Troubleshoot PI System software, infrastructure, and performance issues.
- Develop PI Vision dashboards based on user requirements.
- Install and configure PI RDBMS, PI UFL, PI to PI, and PI webAPI interfaces.
- Implement PI Asset Framework analyses, structures, and authorizations.
- Coordinate maintenance windows, server patching, controlled system starts, and functional tests.
- Coordinate PI System integrations with multiple application teams.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to provide solutions and deliver client requirements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to system architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of working experience with AVEVA OSIsoft PI is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in AVEVA/OSIsoft PI is required.
- Strong understanding of PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, Analysis, and Notifications is required.
- Experience developing PI Vision dashboards and configuring PI interfaces is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and deliver client requirements are required.
- Knowledge of control systems and instrumentation is preferred.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas domain is preferred.
- Knowledge of PI Developer technologies and PI Integrators is preferred.
