Responsibilities

Build out multi-chain hot wallet infrastructure to support increased reliability of payments.
Develop smart contracts to enhance hot wallet payment throughput.
Create a smart contract platform for issuing custom stablecoins across multiple blockchains.
Implement monitoring systems for detecting anomalous events related to minting and burning.
Design and develop blockchain-based applications and protocols for stablecoin transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Maintain and ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications.
Optimize blockchain performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest blockchain technology developments.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of blockchain systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in blockchain.
Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Solana.
Experience with smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages.
Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols.
Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) and stablecoins is highly desirable.
Knowledge of security best practices in blockchain development.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence product design.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Growth mindset with curiosity to explore new challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
