Responsibilities
- Build multi-chain hot wallet infrastructure to improve payment reliability.
- Develop smart contracts to increase hot wallet payment throughput.
- Build a smart contract platform for issuing custom stablecoins across EVM, Solana, Stellar, and other blockchains.
- Develop smart contract monitoring systems to detect anomalous minting and burning events.
- Design and develop blockchain applications and protocols supporting stablecoin transactions and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement, maintain, test, and debug secure and efficient smart contracts and blockchain applications.
- Optimize blockchain performance and scalability.
- Track blockchain technology developments and integrate relevant advancements.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to blockchain architecture and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Generally 5+ years of experience, though engineers at various seniority levels may be considered.
- Strong proficiency with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or others.
- Experience developing smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols.
- Experience with decentralized finance and stablecoins is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices.
- Ability to own, lead, and influence product design and direction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear technical documentation.
