Responsibilities
- Deploy and enhance cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code toolsets.
- Build and maintain configuration code for reliable and secure services and review routine work by less senior peers.
- Maintain data center hardware inventories and operational records, including HSMs, USBs, smartcards, SSDs, incidents, access, root signings, disaster recovery, CRLs, and CSR signings.
- Handle and configure hardware security modules and KVM devices according to documented procedures.
- Develop automation with scripting languages, REST APIs, Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Function Apps, and DevOps pipelines.
- Apply cloud networking concepts and implement approved networking changes.
- Administer and improve Azure Monitor monitoring and alerting configurations.
- Coordinate patch management and troubleshoot routine patching issues.
- Perform PKI-related tasks and participate in cross-functional certificate reviews.
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and support Keyfactor hosted products and operational readiness.
- Participate in operational support, incident response, remediation, code reviews, and automation reviews.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including native services and tooling.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Medium-to-high complexity PowerShell scripting proficiency.
- Strong Windows systems administration experience, including Windows Roles & Features and Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of PKI concepts and ability to troubleshoot moderately to highly complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, manage projects to completion with some oversight, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must hold a valid right to work in Sweden.
