Responsibilities
- Develop core Java backend application services as part of a development team.
- Integrate backend services with frontend systems and ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in requirements discussions, team meetings, technical sessions, code reviews, and related development activities.
- Apply design and coding best practices and thoroughly test software to ensure it is defect-free.
- Conduct research and proofs of concept and deliver demos or presentations to team members.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MVC, design patterns, and JUnit.
- Experience with AWS or Azure and developing microservices using SOAP and/or RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
- Understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Knowledge or experience with reactive programming, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular.
- Graduation or above; BE or MSc is preferred.
- Professional certifications are preferred.
