Base Salary
$110k - $127k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails.
- Deliver stories, tasks, and complete features from design through deployment.
- Pair program with team members to solve problems and improve code quality.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, weekly retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align technical work with product goals.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and help teammates solve complex technical problems.
- Ship software independently, take ownership of ambiguous work, and operate with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping small- to medium-sized software projects.
- Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup with evolving priorities.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to continue developing on the job.
- Central or Eastern U.S. time zone location is strongly preferred.
