Base Salary

$110k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails.
  • Deliver stories, tasks, and complete product features.
  • Ship small to medium-sized software projects.
  • Pair program with team members.
  • Participate in daily standups and weekly retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of shipping small to medium-sized software projects.
  • Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fast learner who can apply previous knowledge while continuing to develop.
  • Central or Eastern time zone location is strongly preferred.
  • Applicants must be able to live and work full-time in an eligible US state or, for remote technical positions in Canada, Ontario.
