Responsibilities
- Perform QA and test automation for Salesforce applications and business workflows.
- Create and execute test cases and test suites using locators, assertions, and automated test execution.
- Develop Playwright automation with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Conduct REST API testing using Playwright, Postman, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with senior QA engineers and cross-functional Agile teams while progressively owning assigned testing activities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and communicate testing findings and defects.
Requirements
- Require 1–2 years of experience in QA or testing with exposure to test automation.
- Require hands-on or project experience testing Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
- Require hands-on Playwright automation experience using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Require understanding of automated testing concepts, Salesforce business processes, and end-to-end application workflows.
- Require REST API testing experience and working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Require familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Git, and version control.
- Require strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Prefer exposure to Java, Python, AI-powered or AI-assisted testing, Playwright AI capabilities, self-healing automation, Salesforce Apex and Apex testing, JMeter, LoadRunner, B2B SaaS, or Salesforce certification.
