Responsibilities
- Support the Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows.
- Monitor system stability and performance, troubleshooting issues.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and system changes.
- Configure account rollups and instrument setups for analytics.
- Innovate and improve system processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with technology and business teams on production issues.
- Proactively communicate potential problems and conduct root cause analyses.
- Develop a quantitative understanding of key components of Macro trading systems.
- Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Orchestrade and Murex applications.
Requirements
- Training in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and instruments.
- Prior experience supporting Macro trading business.
- Experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or similar systems.
- Proficient SQL query skills.
- Proficient coding or scripting skills in languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data analytical skills.
- Highly responsible and self-motivated.
