Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Configure and manage security and compliance capabilities within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Implement and monitor security policies and controls to protect organizational data.
- Apply identity and access management principles related to Microsoft 365.
- Use Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, and eDiscovery tools to support compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security and compliance issues in cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Maintain coding standards and best practices and share knowledge with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, including security configuration and compliance management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity and access management principles.
- Ability to implement and monitor security policies and controls.
- Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, and eDiscovery.
- Ability to troubleshoot security and compliance issues in cloud-based applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
