Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Security, Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management teams on automation, AI-assisted improvements, and scalable SDLC security processes.
  • Lead strategic Product Security initiatives involving workflow optimization, security tooling integration, operational efficiency, and risk visibility.
  • Drive automation, AI-assisted workflows, system integrations, and process improvements to reduce manual operational effort.
  • Coordinate vulnerability management, exception workflows, risk tracking, remediation, and security governance activities.
  • Develop dashboards, operational metrics, and executive-level reporting on security posture, remediation trends, workflow efficiency, and risk management.
  • Define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute automation and AI-driven enhancements with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and improve the adoption and effectiveness of Product Security tools and workflows.
  • Evaluate practical AI-assisted cybersecurity use cases including triage, reporting, workflow orchestration, and operational analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Product Security, Cybersecurity Program Management, Technical Product Management, Security Operations, or related cybersecurity functions.
  • Strong understanding of Product Security, Secure Development Lifecycle, vulnerability management, security governance, and risk management.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, vulnerability management tools, security scanning tools, reporting platforms, and workflow management systems.
  • Experience driving process improvement, workflow automation, operational optimization, or technical transformation in cybersecurity or engineering environments.
  • Experience applying AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, or operational optimization in cybersecurity or related operational domains.
  • Experience developing dashboards, metrics, operational reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, security, product, and leadership teams while managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integrations, security tooling ecosystems, and modern software development workflows.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS, or related cybersecurity and cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a bonus.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
