Responsibilities
- Develop and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint and related technologies.
- Manage access control systems and verify compliance with authorization management protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand identity management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Use Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management to enhance security measures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
- Design and maintain identity verification and user access rights management systems.
- Integrate federated identity management and identity governance frameworks into client environments.
- Provide technical documentation and support for identity and access management projects.
- Analyze complex cybersecurity challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members in identity and access management practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–8 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preference for studies in computer and information science, computer applications, computer engineering, information cybersecurity, information technology, or management information systems.
- One or more identity governance and access management certifications, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials, preferred.
- Proficiency in Cloud Identity and Access Management, Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, and Role Based Access Control preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in cybersecurity contexts preferred.
