Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise-grade integrations using the Workato ONE platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain deep API integrations across Workday HCM and the People Tech stack.
- Leverage AI-powered automation within Workato to enhance efficiency and process optimization.
- Establish reusable integration architecture patterns and governance standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead integration initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring delivery accountability.
- Provide senior-level escalation support for critical integrations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an API Developer or Integration Engineer in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Workato, ideally with Workato ONE.
- Deep expertise in building and operating complex Workato recipes.
- Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and intelligent automation.
- Proven experience integrating Workday HCM and other People Tech platforms.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise integration best practices and iPaaS architectures.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and API security best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD workflows.
