Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Build automation for high-volume customer retail intents and journeys across voice, chat, and future channels, including peak demand and IRROPS scenarios.
- Develop conversational AI and voice automation solutions integrated with customer service channels.
- Write maintainable, documented code in Python, TypeScript, and .NET/C#.
- Implement and optimize agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product teams, end users, and vendor contractors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and support.
- Serve as a technical expert, write technical specifications, analyze and resolve code issues, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks and ensure adherence to code quality, security, and responsible AI standards.
- Use AWS and cloud automation technologies to build and deploy AI solutions at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of software design and development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TypeScript and .NET/C# development.
- Knowledge of object-oriented systems design, application development, APIs, SQL, NoSQL databases, and design patterns.
- Experience implementing AWS technologies and using cloud automation development tools.
- Preferred experience building AI agents, conversational AI, or voice automation solutions.
- Preferred hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
- Preferred experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, EC2, CloudWatch, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Preferred experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, enterprise-scale applications, contact center or customer service platforms, and responsible AI governance.
- Airline or travel industry experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship; reliable, punctual attendance and successful completion of an interview are required.
