Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, target-state architecture, integration recommendations, design assurance, and detailed architectural documentation.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and issue resolution for client solutions.
- Enable delivery teams through frameworks, reusable tools, automation recommendations, architecture standards, and technical support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, program, IT, product, and client teams to reconcile requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales activities, negotiate requirements, and build trusted-advisor relationships.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth and thought leadership.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities such as interviews.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, retention, diversity, career progression, and engagement.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Generative AI experience is mandatory.
- Ability to create enterprise architecture, solution designs, implementation roadmaps, and architecture documentation.
- Experience providing technical leadership, client engagement, pre-sales support, and strategic architecture recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, assess risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure quality and standards compliance.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and manage team talent, performance, and engagement.
- Completion of required trainings and certifications is expected.
