Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients, including CEOs and co-founders, to understand their needs.
- Build bespoke, scalable web and mobile applications as part of a small development team.
- Use React or React Native and Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python in hands-on development.
- Collaborate with technical and agile coaches and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Grow toward managing projects, mentoring junior developers, and serving as a technical advisor.
Requirements
- Experience with React.js or React Native.
- Proven experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A STEM or Computer Science degree or comparable experience.
- Nest.js, AWS, and Expo experience are advantageous.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is advantageous.
