Responsibilities
- Understand and uncover business challenges faced by customers through targeted discovery sessions.
- Engage with business users to define, create, and showcase solution prototypes.
- Build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
- Present and articulate the business value of the Sigma platform to various organizational levels.
- Deliver product, technical, and security-related responses on RFPs/RFIs.
- Participate in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications.
- Contribute as a team player by sharing knowledge and learning.
- Be conversant in integration and data migration approaches.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of business intelligence experience.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- ETL experience with tools like Fivetran or Matillion.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
