Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, high-performing, scalable web applications.
- Develop user stories using C#.NET Web APIs, Node.js, and SQL Server while writing unit tests and following coding best practices.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and participate in requirements breakdown and backlog planning.
- Conduct code reviews and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems.
- Participate in implementing, operating, and troubleshooting cloud-based and cloud-hosted services.
- Build and improve continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and create highly scalable, operable systems.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams on planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Develop independent and joint solutions for complex problems.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a .NET software engineer.
- Expertise writing secure APIs, microservices, reusable components, and modules.
- Strong understanding of .NET web application development, build, and deployment.
- Understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Understanding of Azure or AWS application development services and Node.js.
- Experience with enterprise-scale, multi-user applications and designing and optimizing Web APIs for large-scale usage.
- Experience with MVC.NET and Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Standard, or .NET Framework using C#.
- Experience with dependency injection, ORM frameworks, IIS hosting, SQL Server schema creation, and query optimization.
- Experience with serverless architecture, design, and development using AWS services is preferred.
- Apache Solr experience and relevant certifications are additional advantages.
- Very good spoken and written English, collaborative working habits, and a responsible, independent, solution-oriented work style.
- Practical experience applying agile methodologies such as Scrum.
