Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, solution design, technical development, quality, and delivery of assigned customer projects.
- Resolve technical and product issues from initial engagement through solution go-live.
- Translate client requirements into available product solutions and identify product gaps.
- Lead design reviews, create solution documentation, conduct code reviews, and drive consistent development standards.
- Manage client expectations and guide stakeholders toward successful design sign-off.
- Mentor senior and junior consultants and support other Solution Architects.
- Provide project planning, scope, effort estimation, and business development support.
- Develop reusable assets and refine implementation methods based on trends across customer implementations.
- Work collaboratively with global Professional Services and Technical Support organizations.
Requirements
- 10 years of solution development experience.
- Strong technical implementation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for global technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and guide them toward desired outcomes.
- Ability to lead senior and junior consultants and work effectively in a communication-rich team environment.
- Understanding of project plans, project scope, implementation effort estimation, and delivery budgets.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to support business development activities, including scope definition and estimation.
- Ability to work alternative shifts and client hours when necessary.
- Ability to travel to customer project locations as needed.
- Multiple language skills, such as French, German, or Dutch, are a plus.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
