Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Pega applications.
- Own the technical direction and application lifecycle from conception through deployment.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems and troubleshoot complex implementation issues.
- Evaluate existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Pega Architecture.
- Proficiency in Pega Architecture and strong knowledge of application design principles in Pega environments.
- Experience configuring and customizing Pega applications for business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Pega implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Pega applications with external systems.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
