Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various risk use cases.
- Own production ML systems end to end, including monitoring and incident response.
- Partner with risk strategy and product teams to implement production controls.
- Collaborate with risk operations teams to refine models and improve explainability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering workflows.
- Develop AI-powered risk capabilities for investigations and decision support.
- Ensure models are explainable, traceable, and well documented.
- Build and evaluate LLM-based agents for risk operations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in machine learning engineering or applied data science.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of applied machine learning fundamentals and evaluation techniques.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering and LLM coding tools.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM agents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
