Base Salary

$242k - $486k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own AI deployments end to end, from discovery and scoping through system design, implementation, and production rollout.
  • Embed with business and technical teams to identify high-value opportunities for agentic automation.
  • Create scopes of work and project plans for prototypes and production deployments while managing scope, priority, and quality trade-offs.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications and integrations.
  • Connect solutions to Roku data platforms, internal systems, enterprise APIs, data pipelines, and metric layers.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and change management, incorporating user feedback to drive trust and adoption.
  • Define and track production adoption, workflow impact, and measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with AI Ambassadors, mentor teammates, and codify reusable patterns into Roku’s AI platform strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering, full-stack engineering, or technical deployment experience shipping production systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to write and ship production-grade code using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, generative models, or agentic frameworks.
  • Experience working with non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and communicating with executive audiences.
  • Experience building solutions that achieve adoption and measurable impact, with strong product sense and outcome orientation.
  • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, model evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker or Kubernetes; CI/CD practices; modern data architectures; and relational databases.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments.
