Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage robust, scalable, and secure AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build generative AI, NLP, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI capabilities, including multi-agent workflows, tool calling, MCP integration, state management, and enterprise orchestration.
- Develop cloud-native AI solutions and deployment pipelines using AWS services and production engineering practices.
- Create APIs and data-processing solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, and FastAPI.
- Implement MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, observability, monitoring, and production deployment for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, risk management, controls, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Contribute to technical direction, policy development, knowledge sharing, and operational effectiveness at the Assistant Vice President level.
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI, NLP, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, S3, ECS, EKS, and Step Functions for cloud-native AI development.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, MCP integration, state management, and enterprise-grade orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and API development with frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and production deployment of AI solutions.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or enterprise data engineering platforms is highly valued.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, security controls, and AI risk management is valued.
- Financial services or banking experience and strong stakeholder management and communication skills are valued.
- Ability to lead complex assignments, influence stakeholders, communicate complex information, manage risk, and collaborate across business functions.
