Base Salary
$113k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop Python data pipelines that build business data objects for application support.
- Perform complex software development, project management, and systems assignments independently.
- Identify and resolve complex application and technical problems.
- Interpret design requirements for engineering implementation.
- Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement source-to-target mappings as pipeline code.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Establish software quality practices and identify areas for team growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in software development tools, activities, and software product delivery.
- Strong expertise in the software development life cycle and structured software delivery methodologies.
- Strong expertise in software product design and architecture.
- Strong expertise in the technical design, configuration, and integration of software products.
- Strong expertise in software product testing and testing strategy execution.
- Software development experience and solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience designing and developing software applications in Python.
- Experience using Git version control on medium to large teams.
- Experience deploying software with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, Kinesis, EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Dynamo, Fargate, S3, SageMaker, IAM, and RDS.
- Experience working with Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI developer tools or AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
