Base Salary

$113k - $183k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop Python data pipelines that build business data objects for application support.
  • Perform complex software development, project management, and systems assignments independently.
  • Identify and resolve complex application and technical problems.
  • Interpret design requirements for engineering implementation.
  • Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement source-to-target mappings as pipeline code.
  • Perform unit and integration testing.
  • Establish software quality practices and identify areas for team growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in software development tools, activities, and software product delivery.
  • Strong expertise in the software development life cycle and structured software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in software product design and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in the technical design, configuration, and integration of software products.
  • Strong expertise in software product testing and testing strategy execution.
  • Software development experience and solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience designing and developing software applications in Python.
  • Experience using Git version control on medium to large teams.
  • Experience deploying software with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with AWS services including Lambda, Kinesis, EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Dynamo, Fargate, S3, SageMaker, IAM, and RDS.
  • Experience working with Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI developer tools or AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
