Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps engineering and release delivery for Salesforce across secure, scalable, and reliable multi-platform environments.
- Architect, build, and manage enterprise-scale release management pipelines.
- Own global DevOps standards, tooling choices, and engineering best practices.
- Manage multi-environment Salesforce delivery lifecycles and Copado Source Format migrations.
- Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to enable efficient, high-quality automated releases.
- Provide technical leadership and manage cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience specifically on Salesforce platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multi-environment Salesforce delivery lifecycles in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience migrating to and managing Copado Source Format.
- Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
