Responsibilities

  • Lead DevOps engineering and release delivery for Salesforce across secure, scalable, and reliable multi-platform environments.
  • Architect, build, and manage enterprise-scale release management pipelines.
  • Own global DevOps standards, tooling choices, and engineering best practices.
  • Manage multi-environment Salesforce delivery lifecycles and Copado Source Format migrations.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to enable efficient, high-quality automated releases.
  • Provide technical leadership and manage cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience specifically on Salesforce platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-environment Salesforce delivery lifecycles in a large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience migrating to and managing Copado Source Format.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
