Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Guidewire digital portal features for insurance clients.
- Code, configure, test, and enhance Guidewire platform components and integrations.
- Support Guidewire implementations, application evolution, production support, and problem management activities.
- Develop and configure BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, and ClaimCenter components.
- Troubleshoot application issues, analyze defects, and implement fixes across portal and integration layers.
- Review functional and technical requirements and translate business needs into application changes.
- Collaborate with team members to test solutions, validate results, and document technical findings.
- Apply AI-enabled automation and digital tooling to improve support workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Learn new Guidewire platform features, technical standards, and service approaches.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Good experience with Guidewire Digital Portals and working knowledge of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager integrations.
- Experience or knowledge with Jutro Development Platform, React, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Jest, IDEs for Guidewire Digital solutions, GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include Guidewire or Scrum Master certification, Guidewire application managed services or application evolution services experience, and experience delivering Guidewire solutions across on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Relevant preferred fields of study include computer science, computer applications, information technology, software applications, engineering, business, analytics, mathematics, statistics, finance, and related disciplines.
