Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, test, document, operate, and support software throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design fit-for-purpose software and features in collaboration with users, analysts, architects, deployment teams, and other stakeholders.
- Author, review, and improve technical and functional specifications, including test descriptions and acceptance criteria.
- Perform development, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for the company’s application suite.
- Follow and promote software engineering practices, development frameworks, policies, and quality standards.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on blockers, issues, and deviations from standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams and contribute to positive team performance and sprint deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 4–7 years of experience as a software developer or systems engineer in .NET-based full-stack development.
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
- Strong software development or engineering background and thorough understanding of application architecture.
- Experience with unit testing and peer testing of developed code.
- Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
- Familiarity with SendGrid or similar email services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based development and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns is preferred.
- Experience collaborating on projects across multiple international geographic locations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
- Laboratory-related application experience is an added advantage.
