Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable AI solutions, products, frameworks, platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Translate business needs into production-ready AI systems with measurable outcomes and success metrics.
- Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, document intelligence, machine learning, and data science techniques.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using software architecture, reusable patterns, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Deploy and operate AI platforms and solutions on Azure using DevOps, MLOps, infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud-native practices.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI applications, platforms, and models, including deployment, monitoring, observability, optimization, reliability, releases, and operational support.
- Design evaluation, experimentation, testing, performance measurement, and continuous improvement strategies for AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, governance, compliance, operational, and Responsible AI requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with product, engineering, platform, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing software, AI, machine learning, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong Python software engineering experience using modern development practices.
- Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating scalable, secure, and maintainable software and AI solutions in production.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, MLOps, and deployment automation.
- Experience developing distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, document intelligence, intelligent automation, or related AI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, engineering practices, enterprise security, and technical leadership.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, enterprise AI platform or framework experience, generative AI experience, AI evaluation and experimentation experience, mentoring experience, Responsible AI and governance knowledge, Azure certifications, and large-scale enterprise delivery experience.
